Product description:
This product is made of oxygen-free copper rods or electrical round aluminum rods that are annealed after being extruded or drawn by a certain specification die, and then wrapped 2-3 layers of polyester imide film or + electrical materials on the copper and aluminum conductors. The winding wire with woven fabric as the insulating layer has good voltage resistance, and the temperature resistance level is 180℃. It is mainly used for winding of transformers, air-core reactors and other similar electrical equipment. The company uses advanced online eddy current flaw detection equipment to make the product quality more perfect.

The aluminum flat wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.3-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.0280Ωmm2/m
The rectangular copper wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.2-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.017241Ωmm2/m

The size of aluminum copper round wire should meet the requirements of the following table:
